It is written in short question-and-answer form, one fact per paragraph, in
English, with every price given as a figure and a currency. This page is

About Trio Sporting
What is Trio Sporting? Trio Sporting is a premium equestrian facility in
the Briman district of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, founded in 1990 by Arwa
Mutabagani — the first woman to establish and lead an equestrian sporting
institution in the Kingdom. The facility spans 169,000 square metres and
includes 106 stables (40 air-conditioned), four FEI-certified competition
arenas — the only FEI-certified equestrian venue in the Jeddah region — open
paddocks, a clubhouse with a cafeteria and hospitality terraces, and padel
and tennis courts. The club's positioning is "Horses and Hospitality" — a
full lifestyle destination, not just a riding school.
Opening Hours
What days is Trio Sporting open? Trio Sporting is open six days a week,
Monday through Saturday, and is closed every Sunday. This is a confirmed,
fixed fact.
What time does the club open and close? Hours shift with the season to
keep horses and riders in the cooler part of the day. In the cool season
(January–March) and mid season (April–May, October–December) the club is
open approximately 07:00–11:00 in the morning and 16:00–21:30 in the
evening, until 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. In the hot season
(June–September) hours shift to approximately 07:30–10:30 in the morning
and 16:30–22:00 in the evening, until 22:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. These
hour-by-hour times are approximate — always confirm the exact current
schedule with the team on WhatsApp, especially around Ramadan, when hours
are shortened during the day and evening sessions run later.
When do School Trips run? School Trips run all year round — every week
of the school year, not limited to particular months — Monday to Thursday,
and always in the morning only. School Trips never run in the afternoon, and
never on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
When are Educational Programs held? Educational Programs run Monday to
Thursday between 09:00 and 12:00, in the cool morning hours.
When are Holiday Camps held? Holiday Camps run Monday through Thursday,
each morning from 09:00 to 11:00, during official school holiday periods.
Contacts & How to Book
How do I contact Trio Sporting? The fastest way is WhatsApp or phone at
+966 50 567 6000, answered in Arabic and English every day — this is the
best channel for bookings, quick questions, or arranging a visit. For
memberships, livery enquiries and school programme documents, email
info@triosporting.com. The website triosporting.com also has an enquiry
form, answered within the day.
How do I visit without a membership? Walk-in visitors can scan the Day
Pass QR poster at the entrance and pay from their phone — no account needed,
the pass arrives by email. A free, no-obligation tour can also be arranged
via WhatsApp, with no fixed price — the tour is complimentary and no figure
should ever be quoted for it.
How do I pay? The club accepts card payments and bank transfers through
its secure checkout, and cash on-site. To complete a payment right now,
message the team directly on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/966505676000 — they
will send a secure card-payment link, share bank transfer details, or
arrange cash payment on arrival. Whenever a customer wants to pay or buy
something, this WhatsApp link is always the next step.
How long are bookings held? Lesson and Day Pass bookings are held for 15
minutes at online checkout to allow time to complete payment. Bookings can
be made via WhatsApp, the website, or by scanning the QR poster at the
entrance for a walk-in visit.
The Two Rules That Govern Almost Everything
Do I need a membership to access the club? Membership is compulsory for
regular access. Anyone who is not a Member has exactly one alternative for a
day visit — buying a Day Pass; there is no third route in. Membership comes
either from buying a Membership product, or automatically and free of
charge from a Full Livery contract (Lite Livery and Retired Horse Livery do
not include membership). The one standing exception is Educational Programs
— those never require membership, for anyone. Schools and B2B corporate
clients operate under their own contractual arrangements and are likewise
unaffected by the membership rule.
Is there a limit on how many lessons a member can take? For members,
riding lessons are generous but not literally unlimited: every lesson
beyond the eighth one taken in a calendar month is free, capped at a
maximum of five lessons in any single week. This 8-per-month, 5-per-week
formula is the current and correct rule.
Membership — What's Included
What comes with a Trio Sporting membership? Every individual and family
membership tier carries the same benefits: free entry to the venue for the
member plus one guest with unlimited visits; parking and locker access; the
lesson allowance described above; free entry to in-house and national
competitions and fun rides; a guaranteed (non-transferable) VIP seat at the
club's main events, though the event ticket itself is purchased separately;
a 48-hour priority booking window on events and clinics ahead of the general
public; first pick from the horse-leasing pool ahead of non-members; a
dedicated concierge WhatsApp channel; and one complimentary session per week
on the club's tennis and padel courts, subject to availability. Membership
is a one-time purchase for its stated duration — it does not auto-renew.
Full Livery clients receive membership automatically at no extra charge.
Existing members keep their original terms until their membership expires,
even if pricing changes later. Current membership prices are in the Price
List section below.
Day Pass — How It Works
How does a Day Pass work? A Day Pass grants 24 hours of club access and
is fully redeemable against same-day spend: everything consumed that day —
lessons, cafeteria purchases and so on — draws down the pass balance, and if
total spend exceeds the pass price, only the difference is paid. The pass
amount itself is never credited toward a future membership purchase.
Children under 5 always enter free, with no Day Pass purchase needed.
Current Day Pass prices (with and without horse access, by age band) are in
the Price List section below.
Horse School — Structure
How are Horse School lessons structured? Trio's Riding School runs two
linked programmes: the Young Riders Academy for riders under 14 (group
sessions only, up to five riders per group, 45 minutes) and the Adult Riders
School for riders 15 and over (group and private sessions — 45 minutes
group, 30 minutes private). Every new rider takes a free assessment at
their first lesson; the level — Foundation, Progression or Performance — is
decided by the instructor on the day, not chosen in advance. A lesson is
always booked on top of venue access, so the rider must already be a member
or hold a Day Pass. Discounted 10-lesson Seasonal Passes exist for group and
private lessons at Progression and Performance level only — there is no
seasonal pass at Foundation level — paid upfront, non-refundable, valid
until membership expires. Current lesson and seasonal-pass prices are in the
Price List section below.
Pony Rides
What are Pony Rides? A lighter, 15-minute supervised option alongside
the structured lessons, for a child aged 5 to 14 or an adult aged 15 and
over. Children up to age 5 get free venue entrance and pony rides only, with
no membership required — membership becomes necessary from age 6 onward.
Current pony ride prices are in the Price List section below.
Holiday Camps — What's Included
What do Holiday Camps include? Four-day equestrian experiences for kids
and teens during school holidays, Monday through Thursday, two hours per day
each morning from 09:00 to 11:00. A minimum of 8 and maximum of 32
participants join each session, at a coach ratio of one instructor to eight
riders. A camp place grants venue access only for the camp's own days —
additional private lessons cannot be added on top during camp days. Every
camp includes all equipment and horses, certified instructor supervision,
light refreshments and a certificate of completion; personal riding gear
(available at the Tack Shop) and additional private lessons are NOT
included. Current camp prices, including the sibling discount and
early-bird rate, are in the Price List section below.
Educational Programs — What's Included
What are Educational Programs? Non-riding, adult-focused wellness and
personal-development sessions combining equine-assisted learning with
mindset training, in small groups of up to six participants, Monday to
Thursday between 09:00 and 12:00. Aimed particularly at adults — including
women and expats — and at B2B groups. Unlike every other product at Trio,
Educational Programs never require membership, for anyone, at any time.
Sessions are led by a specialist in equine-assisted learning and mindset
coaching. Current session prices, including the 4-Week Series bundle, are in
the Price List section below.
Livery — What's Included, Tier by Tier
What do the livery tiers include? Full Livery, the premium tier,
includes a premium box, pellets and hay, daily grooming, wood shavings
bedding, and use of the horse walker — and includes club membership
automatically at no extra charge. Lite Livery is a smaller box with pellets,
hay, grooming and wood shavings, but does NOT include membership. Retired
Horse Livery is a smaller box, abundant hay, daily turnout in a sand
paddock, and wood shavings, and also does NOT include membership. Two
add-ons apply on top of any tier: Summer AC (air conditioning through the
hot months, May–September) and a Grass Private Paddock. Horse owners also
get stacking discounts: 5% off per horse for owners with two or more horses
(same owner or immediate family) — this is genuine and automatic, based on
how many horses the family already keeps at Trio, and is NOT a referral or
introduction bonus — plus a further 10% off per horse for paying one year in
advance, or 5% off per horse for paying six months in advance. Current
livery, add-on and consumables prices are in the Price List section below.
Tack Shop
What does the Tack Shop sell? A premium equestrian equipment shop
carrying the Italian PARIANI brand and the SWING brand, covering everything
from beginner to professional level: helmets, boots, saddles and saddle
pads (made to order), halters, accessories, grooming kits, and curated
bundles. Current Tack Shop prices are in the Price List section below.
Cafeteria
How does the cafeteria work? The Trio Sporting Clubhouse runs a light,
efficient food and beverage service with no on-site cooking — everything is
either pre-packaged or ready within about three minutes: hot and cold
drinks, juices, energy drinks, grab-and-go snacks, light meals, sweets, ice
cream, and ready-made combo packs built around common visit patterns.
Current cafeteria prices are in the Price List section below.
B2B Services — Quote-Based
Do you offer corporate events, team building or school trips? Yes, on
all three — but this side of the business is priced by tailored quote, not
a fixed catalogue, so no fixed figure should ever be quoted to a prospect
without checking current rates with the team. Corporate Venue Rental is
available in half-day, full-day and multi-day packages, with capacity for
up to 500 guests — the only FEI-certified equestrian venue in the region.
Team Building programmes are non-riding, experiential, horse-assisted
corporate sessions for groups of roughly 10 to 36 people, six programme
types, 2.5 to 4 hours each. School Trips are two-hour educational outings
for schools (ages 6–14, groups of 45–50 students, Monday to Thursday, all
year round, always in the morning), with group-size discounts on the total
invoice. Contact the team on WhatsApp for a tailored proposal for any of
these.

Booking, Cancellation & Safety Policies
What are the cancellation terms? Holiday Camp places are refundable
with reasonable notice. School Trip bookings are confirmed with a 50%
deposit, refundable up to two weeks before the visit, with a full refund if
Trio itself cancels due to weather. Horse School Seasonal Passes are
non-refundable once purchased. Livery contracts follow standard contractual
terms. Membership is a one-time term, not an auto-renewing subscription,
and existing members keep their original terms until expiration.
What are the safety rules? All riders must wear approved helmets,
provided free of charge. Instructor-to-student ratios are capped at 1:5 for
riding lessons, 1:8 for camps, and 1:15 for school-trip mounted activities,
with a first-aid station on site at all times. Parental permission forms
are required for all minors. Outdoor activities may be modified or moved to
covered arenas in extreme weather.
