It began with a decision
There was no club, so Arwa Mutabagani built one. In 1990, in Jeddah, she founded what would become one of Saudi Arabia's first riding clubs — and the first ever founded and led by a woman.
In 2008 Arwa became the first woman to attend the Olympic Games with the Saudi Olympic Committee delegation, in 2008; her daughter Dalma Malhas became the first Saudi woman to win a Youth Olympic medal — and Trio brought the first international showjumping tour to Jeddah.
